Hello Folks,

We've got a couple shows opening up this month and some new prints and postcards to tell you about....

We're in a 3 person show with Aya Kakeda and Betsy Walton at Junc Gallery in Los Angeles. Please join us if your in town!

Opening Reception: Saturday November 15 from 7:30-10:30 pm
Show Dates: Nov. 15th - December 21st 2008

In the tradition of the best folktales Apak, Betsy Walton and Aya Kakeda have ability to manifest familiar experiences and truths in an updated adaptation that include elements of pop culture, illustration, Asian and European folktales combined with personal and presented with well developed personal vocabularies. The results vary based on each artists own agenda but the commonality is contemporary illustration that is well conceived and visually arresting.
