A charming and experimental celebration of Gocco printing featuring a group exhibition including local and international artists at Outré Gallery in Australia.
Gocco technology was invented in Japan (1977) as a home-use, lo-fi mini screenprint system that allows simple, multi-colour printing. Using flash bulbs and small thermal print screens, this ingenious invention has been adopted by artists who love the unpredictable, handmade quality to the process.
Artists: Angelique Houtkamp, Apak, Beci Orpin, Ben Jones, Cat Rabbit, Creepy, Eveline Tarunadjaja, Gemma Jones, Ghostpatrol, kozyndan, Lab Partners, Leah Dent, Mel Stringer, Miso, Rik Lee, Sean Morris, Shag.
